I have always been passionate about being healthy. Ever since I was a kid, my parents instilled the importance of following a good diet and working out. Over time, I learned more about the human body and nutrition, and quickly became obsessed with answering one question: What does it truly take to live a healthy lifestyle? At first, I tried to learn on my own, attempting extreme diets and following intense workout routines. I saw some results, but nothing sustainable. As my curiosity grew, I decided to dive deeper into the fitness world. I became a personal trainer at just 18, earned my bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Maryland, and started working as a Health Coach in 2021. This commitment to health has shaped my life, and I realized that by sharing what I’ve learned, I could help others transform their lives as well.

I take an intuitive approach to health, focusing on sustainable changes over time. I believe true well-being is built on mindful consistency each day—whether it’s through nourishing food, staying active, or caring for mental health. My goal is to guide you through those small shifts, helping you achieve lasting results. I don’t want you to adjust to my coaching; as a trainer, my goal is to adjust the program to your day-to-day living. That’s how we achieve consistency.
