Weekly Zoom calls (30-60 minutes) to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.

Weekly check-ins via text to keep you on track and provide ongoing support.

Messaging access Sunday through Friday for quick questions or assistance.

The option to meet in person or virtually, depending on your location.

Customized weekly goal-setting to help you stay focused and make consistent progress - toward your goals.
