Well, to be honest I don't believe I have the right words to express how wonderful Bailee is. Beautiful, intelligent, empathetic, kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient, the list goes on and on. I think I need a thesaurus.

I have been very unhealthy for most of my adult life. Eating the wrong foods, and not enough times a day, not enough water, drinking excessive alcohol, not getting enough sleep. I have tried to get healthier in the past, but I did not have to be accountable to anyone or anything, so I always quit. Now, being accountable, it makes all the difference.

Bailee decided to start me off with drinking enough water and cutting down on alcohol. It really didn't take long for the water goal to be fulfilled. The alcohol, that's a different story. We made small goals at first and as I met them, we made them bigger. I can say that in our 7-weeks together l am alcohol free.

We then worked on me getting enough food, the right foods, throughout the day. Again, we started small and worked up from there. I am now having four small meals a day, light breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a purposeful snack. Occasionally I am not able to get lunch in, so I have two purposeful snacks.

We also worked on exercise and sleep. Small goals, walking outside the days I'm not working, going to bed at a set time every night and getting up the same time every day. With her help and guidance, I have now crushed that goal as well.

I do have much more work to do in bettering my lifestyle, but with Bailee on my side I have absolutely no doubt that I will reach my ultimate health goal. Bailee is so supportive and non-judgmental when goals are not reached. She sat me down and gave me a pep talk, and I always got right back on track. I cannot tell you how much better I feel, mentally and physically. I cannot wait to see how much better l am after the 3-months are up.
I cannot tell you how much I recommend her program. If I can do it, anyone can. I have been a lazy selfcare person my whole life. I was the person who lived to eat, now I eat to live. Do yourself a favor and work with her. You will not regret it. Her encouragement and praise are so helpful.

Being able to work Bailee has truly changed my outlook on food and eating habits. I have also struggled to have a healthy relationship with food and being able to rely on her expertise in nutrition and what a healthy meal consists of, I have been able to create habits that give me the energy I need. She is 100% judgement free and the first to tell you that food is suppose to taste good - I was a bit nervous going into coaching since I had no idea what to expect save for someone to tell me to eat veggies (which we should and she will mention) but she stands by the 80/20 rule for 20% fun foods. Each coaching session we set manageable goals that at the time felt simple but in practice extremely meaningful. Really thinking through the times I'm going to eat and the meals I already have made in the fridge was a total game changer. I came into coaching wanting to make sure I was nurturing my body appropriately for my powerlifting goals. Not only do I just feel better about food and more comfortable eating, I am stronger. Over the course of four coaching sessions I was able to improve my personal records in a combined 30 lbs. She is positive, encouraging, and really good at keeping you on track to achieve your goals.

I'm a busy 44 yo woman who used to be better at working out and making healthier food choices. I am so glad to have met Bailee and to have such a great coach! From the very beginning, Bailee worked with me with great expertise and very thoughtful insight! She has great listening skills and experience to tailor the plan to the individual client. She worked diligently to learn about me, my personality, to understand what motivates me and what my goals were, so she could support my journey back to a healthy lifestyle and weight loss. There were ups and downs in this journey, but she kept encouraging me, followed up on goals and discussed challenges as they arose. Needless to say she also tailored my diet to exactly what I like to eat, so that this can become a lifestyle change and not some restrictive program of foods I dislike. The exercise plan is tailored to my age and lifestyle, and she's always encouraging me to move more, exercise more and have fun! I need that consistent reminder, for sure, with my busy life!
